Happy new year folks,
here's the "easy resolution" from OCBC which can get you a luggage

step 1: make a wish here,
http://www.ocbc.com.my/personal-banking/mr...resolution.html
you may save your bonus

step 2: set time reminder

step 3: get yourself a luggage when you save 70k of your bonus for 15 months, at 4.3%

So far for Jan 2016 FD promo, AmBank, MBB and OCBC all lower than the Dec 4.5%/4.6% promo's. shakehead.gif

On Monday have to call UOB and see. Hopefully HL 6 mth 4.5% stay put ! The other one is RHB's step-up 4.4%. biggrin.gif

Sorry for being out of topic.

Can anyone use OCBC online website to perform IBFT?

When I select 'Transfer Now', there is no option for me to select IBFT.

Well, since the 4% interest rate per annum for OCBC e-SmartSavers expires today, I plan to use IBFT to transfer all my fund today.

If IBFT is unavailable, using IBG will not be useful, since it is only effective next Monday. sad.gif

Appreciate any advice from experts here. smile.gif

there is IBG/IBFT topic, alongside FD topic, u know that ?

yes, ocbc can IBFT out. I tried that with my smartsavers to m2u (per screenshot above)

**Updated: I stand corrected. based on post here and here, the IBFT option is temporary removed.

Ya, some people may prefer AmBank due to the PIDM. At that level MBSB will have difficulty to attract more depositors. biggrin.gif

Like stock market, rates cannot up all the time lo. Must come down a bit, then only it can go higher! Aiming for 4.7% for the CNY promo!

they told me must take atm card else cannot register for online account,
end up i open account with atm card >_<
first time deposit 200, minimum can leave 10 in the account.
*
i plan to open hlb acc as well and read at their website that their atm card is free/no annual charge? the one that they charge RM8 per year shld be debit card?
rm200 is minimum? i thought for bsa it's rm20 no?
https://www.hlb.com.my/main/info-centre/per...ees-and-charges
and bsa shld include online acc as well since it's in their fees and charges list
haha this is all too confusing and i won't be surprised if my hlb staffs here gonna tell me different things lol

QUOTE(Kelv @ Dec 31 2015, 11:34 AM)
I insisted don't want card, and they can give temporary login id for online account.
They open a current account for me instead.
