QUOTE(bbgoat @ Feb 16 2016, 10:09 AM) The first 6 mths for MBB GIA-i should be as quoted by them 4%, though there could be changes as stated by them. So far last few mths have been paying out 4%. unlikely for mbb to bump it up to 4.5% p.a., wherease we all gotten 4% p.a. for the past few months i wonder how kelvinbaby gotten the number (4.5% p.a.) at the first place.

Ya, the 4.5% is supposed to be average if we kept for the one year period. So not sure about his Nov/Dec getting 4.5%. yygo has asked him that question also.

I've put some fund last month for 3-month tenure (MBB GIA-i eFD, monthly crediting of profit). it gave me indicative rate of 4% p.a. Will monitor the effective rate once mature in 3 months time.

When did they start this ? Is there an end date ? Minimum 1k ? Good rate for 1 to 3 mths especially can terminate as we goes, if it is the same as the GIA-i that we bought last year.

QUOTE(cj7lee @ Feb 16 2016, 11:02 AM) one month GIA-i eFD also 4.0%. yes i know 4.0%. i just purposely put in as 3-month tenure and let it autorenew. furthermore, the profit is credited monthly anyway, I dont need the fund for immediate use anyway

QUOTE(solarwing @ Feb 16 2016, 11:42 AM) Online placement FD for HL 4.5% p.a still available? Ya, would like to know about this as well. Managed to open the Mach Money Box account yesterday, but was told that the 4.5% promo already ended end of last month. But from the above posts, seems that it has been extended. But I can't see it in the Mach website anymore. Thanks

But I can't see it in the Mach website anymore. Thanks I think Online MACH FD will only display the rate after you click the final placement button. You may want to test it with a minimum placement amount first and see if you can get 4.5% rate. However, please take note there is a hidden FD withdrawal rule that no online withdrawal is allow on FD placement date (for the placement you just made). Therefore if you are not getting the 4.5% rate and you wish to withdraw the fund, you can only perform the online FD withdrawal 1 day after the placement date.
