F7 is Financial Reporting which is equivalent to Paper 2.5 previously.
F8 is Audit and Assurance which is equivalnt to Paper 2.6 previously.

Hi, I just graduate from ACCA in June 2006. Tip to pass exam is to keep on practice pass year papers, practice and practice. There is no shortcut to pass the exam. IRC doesn't really help for passing exam. It just help you to refresh the syllabus. Nobody to blame for if you fail the paper except for yourself. It took me 3 years to pass ACCA. ACCA is really challenging and it can change your life. This are the list of lecturers that I attended before.

2.1 - Parminder Singh (Heard that he is no longer in KSA. For you to find out where is he lecturing)
2.2 - Viknes (KSA)
2.3 - Ms Kok Fong Hun (PAAC, i guess)
2.4 - Andrew Pang (KSA)
2.5 - Haneef (Systemtic)
2.6 - Low Chin Ann (Same case with Parminder Singh)

For level 3, you must take adv audit and adv tax paper as these papers are more useful and relevant for your job.

3.1 - Philip Woo (No other lecturer can replace him. He is a really great lecturer for this paper. But bear in mind, he less write anything on the board. So, it is better for you to bring recorder for his class in order for you to revise your studies. Now i think he still lecturing in KSA)

3.2 - Dr Choong Kwai Fatt (Nobody is deny that he is a bad lecturer. He is the best lecturer for this paper. Attend his class if you want to pass this paper. Listen for his jokes. Damn funny. But his joke keep on repeating la. Ha ha ha. I'm not really sure where he is. Last time I attended was at Systematic)

3.5 - Marty Windle (FTMS)

3.6 - Keith Farmer (He is a really powerful lecturer for this paper. I got no idea where he is now. I attended his class was at FTMS)

3.7 - Daniel Ho (If you want to pass this paper, this lecturer will give you a passing mark or even prize winner. I bet my money that you will not fail this paper if you attend his class (must pay attention and study hard also la)

I hope past experience can help you all to pass ACCA. Don't only aim for passing mark. Aim for prize winner. If you don't get the prize but at least you pass the paper. If your aim is just for a passing mark (ie 50%), you quality may deteriorate as your aim is not high enough. Set a high aim and strive for it.

anyone can log in to ACCA and pay fees?
i can't log in, so nervous now

i paid last week
it seems that the site have alot of bug.
i cant even access the old pass year quesiton and answer that i bookmark it.

this evening phone ACCA malaysia office and the person in charge keep on pushing his responsible to another staff, what the hell

ya me too cant log in...i have not pay my fees too...Gosh hopefully the one of these days the website will back to normal..i just email acca uk....hope they will take a look, what is going on with their website

I requested an admin review for my law paper. And kinda disappointed by the way ACCA handled my request. Firstly they did not send the outcome of my results by 21st september as stated. After I emailed them few days abck only they emailed me and send me the mail(mail dated 27th september ).

Okay so my mail arrived today, they sent me the outcome of my admin review, and of course comments of the examination wif q&a....FOR THE ENGLISH VARIANT(i'm taking MYS stream)

stress....I feel like slaughtering them...delayed my fees payment coz of this. now website down

I think most of them are Part timers !! Not too sure..

But, I m sure thet sucks ..

i think u shd lodge a complain to them ..a prof association shd not handle thing in thi way..

Mr Parminder Singh is still in KSA lecturing. But then, Mr Low had moved to FTMS and now in Kolej Bandar.

Mr Keith Farmer is not lecturing for this current semester.
