My question is: how long it takes to get to WSI from KL sentral by the bus that SC provides during morning rush hour?

Haha..yeah.. so many people yesterday. As for parking, you can park near to LYL office, its an open space for parking. that the closer you can park and its cheaper, pay per entry. If you go out and come back in the evening no need to pay again, just show the receipt. PM me your Bank ID and i can ping you later.. haha

Approx 20 minutes journey from KL Sental to WSI. As my colleague said, he is using shuttle bus from KL Sentral to WSI in daily basis. And staying in Ukay Perdana.

I received an offer from Scope, but I didn't really set the appointment time yet as I am worried of Transportation wise to work if I ever accept the proposed position.

How is the work environment there and also the benefit of Scope? Does the OT goes crazy like weekends compulsory coming in to work?

Well I did get the daytime job, covering hongkong transactions. When I started the job is was hell already. My team have 7 people in it, 1 of them are already planning on quitting the job.  My shift according to the offer letter is from 9am to 6pm, but If required I must stay longer. Imagine, on the first week only I worked from 9am till 10pm. This gives me quite a shock, since I am new and all. And I thought to myself, “mula-mula je kot. Takkan hari-hari macam ni”. Well, it did. Everyday I was working from 9.30am till 9.30pm. that’s 12 hours guys. Every f***ing day. NO OVERTIME. Night shift allowance are only applicable for other countries and not hongkong, since it is quite illogical for the management to believe we worked that long. The night allowance only valid if we stay more than 1am. And I can’t easily apply for holiday, must ask for permission from my team whether I can have a rest day or not. It’s because someone have to cover the workload for me while im gone. And I must finish the day’s work by the same day to get the day off. Tiring I as hell tell you! My personal record is 15hours which is from 9.30am till 12.30am.
Working 12 hours a day sure is demotivating. Unless you are a workaholic, doesn’t have a lovelife, hates your family and friends, and doesn’t like to go out. Just kidding. This is the job for robots. Well, not all of the team works 12 hours. The rest who handle countries like UK, US, Singapore USUALLY works 10 hours a day. And the increment is damn puny! We are bonded for 18 months after signing the agreement and if we quit earlier, we have to pay the bond (pro-rated). This is to prevent the high turnover here in scope. Thank god my boss kaw tim with me. I get to leave without having to pay.
ONE THING I CAN SAY, THE WORK HOURS IN TRADE IS HELL.

Stanum you r working with SCOPE right. What happen to those resign 24hr as we all know that we are bonded with the company for 18months and some reimbursement to be paid off.

How bout the benefit wise?? Annual Leave how muchie??

If not mistaken...AL will be 21 days.....you are entitle to take mandate leave of 10days....benefit quite good....not sure what kind of benefit that u preferred most....some ppl they only care about the hospitalization n medical wise...if you are thinking on bonus n increament package...i heard they dont give much...bonus around 1 month only...increament not sure....

Is the mandate leave deduct from Annual Leave?

Hey, what department would you be joining? I am with risk and finance.. and its a 9-6 job for me.. no bad experience with work life balance so far.. joined for 6 motnhs.

and yes, 10 days mandate/block leave is deducted from 21 days leave.
