No way, scope is "managed headcount" and cost savings (your bonus) is the main focus, so bunus is average 1 month.

klangboy83, you sure ah bonus only average 1 month? My frens working there tell me that last few years the average was 2 months lah ... and some people even get until 5 to 6 months. Where you get you info wan lah?
