(*mind that here the bonus in on feb every year).... but we here got 2 review, mid and end year... and suddenly end year.... BOOOOST even down... reason is say u didnt perform ( go home early u no commitment, go back late u cannot perform) .... so... dun belief on mid year appraisal...
