every time i restart the phone the floating dock will re-positioning it self, is it a bug?

Why google keyboard consume a lot of data? When I change default keyboard to Google keyboard, it consume 4GB of my data?
How u enable Now on tap on this mate 8? Mine just google now when I long press |
