Here you go.

The first try, I purposely gave her another IMEI, which is not found in the system.

Good luck rclxms.gif

Thanks bro. Noticed there's a "Created Time" - IMEI record created imho And it says 16:33hrs on Thursday 3/12/15

That means someone has to key in some details. Is this the first time you check your IMEI with them?

Wonder if Leena went to check another screen??? And the first CS did not? Can you try one more time and ask pls? Explain to the fella that the first CS said china but leena said Msia & tell the fella u have a screenshot

Since the record was created on 3/12, they can't be tellling us diff things! Unless they check the wrong screen

Yea, my milestone.

1. Checked with Mi Malaysia about warranty, They say not valid.
2. Phone to Lazada, the guy say will directly deal with the supplier n inform me via email.
3. Saw someone in forum recheck status.
4. I recheck the status once again with Mi Malaysia and finally, updated IMEI on they database.

yalor... gud advice. have good weekend biggrin.gif

ps: I just rec'd a response from lazada, nothing great yet... but just to let y'all know, they identify our units by a code that you can see on a big sticker on the plastic shrink wrap (the small sticker says ECS Astar). So keep that sticker/code for ID purpose
