Mclaren88 well as far as the sticker is concerned, the unboxing video confirms that the set bot by that guy from xiaomi msia also has the HK sticker.

My disappointment is when the cust service fella said to me "your set is from China. Sorry to say not supported by us"  cry.gif

ok let's be brave.... maybe the fella was mistaken?? Even if it is indeed not supported by xiaomi msia, what's the implications when we need to send in for warranty???

ps: definitely no service card in my package

My lazada redmi note 2 also does not come with warranty card.
only lazada receipt.
Anything can do if wan to claim warranty in the future?

OK, done calling Lazada,
The CS person said will directly contact with the supplier and get back to me thru email.

For those who want to call, the tel no is: 03-86011888.
Need more people to solve this issue.

I've just wrote to them through their feedback form. Do I still have to call (normally)?

I also wrote the feedback form hoping they will answer my question within 24hrs, but apparently i didnt receive any, and that was on Thursday.

OK, called them up. Not sure if the CS really know nothing or pretending not knowing that many are having the same issue. I've told him nicely that this is not an isolated case but the whole bunch of ppl bought from them are having the same warranty issue with Xiaomi Malaysia.

Lol, definitely not whole bunch, I can see some of our lucky stars in this forum, their RN2 from lazada are fulfilled with Mi Malaysia warranty.

shit! was just done this morning! Did you check 2 times today? Did you complain to Lazada with your IMEI?
Who's updating these records?

Why my one not updated

Yea, my milestone.

1. Checked with Mi Malaysia about warranty, They say not valid.
2. Phone to Lazada, the guy say will directly deal with the supplier n inform me via email.
3. Saw someone in forum recheck status.
4. I recheck the status once again with Mi Malaysia and finally, updated IMEI on they database.
