I have a redmi 2 in which the GPS is crap. took like 10-15 minutes to lock..

with note 2. less than 10 seconds. same speed as Iphone.

anyway just got a new battery from aliexpress.. macam got problem...

The new battery apa problem? Cannot charge?

go back satu gadget. they will do it for me. mine same case. came with 6.xx version. cannot go to google play. send back took them 15 min

can charge but

1) charge very fast
2) drain very fast
3) also the battery a little ketat abet still can masuk la.

maybe I did not charge it 8 hours and start using...

Hi all, in the sticky post, someone mentioned that users can download a Wakeup Touch Nexus app that uses the proximity sensor to wake up the phone... It works well on my Redmi Note 2, but I notice after a while, it stops functioning (also after restarting). I've locked the app, but no result. I've tried to run permissions/autostart on it, but I couldn't seem to get the options to turn on (it was greyed out). Any other way of permanently activating this???

I've also sorted out the annoying buggy notification system by installing "Floatify".

Other than that, fantastic phone.

Li-Ion/Poly no need charge for 8 hours for the 1st time. Charge till full can already. Maybe u got a lemon unit or a low grade fake battery. As i know Xiaomi havent release battery/battery kit for Redmi Note 2 yet.
I also bought 1 set from aliexpress........is fake but the battery performence acceptable.


I also use this apps. Works perfectly on my RN2. Start using this apps on 7.0.11.0 and now 7.0.12.0. No issue so far. Like this apps very much....also installed it on my SGN3 & SGN4

my battery reach 16% today wif only 2hours+ SOT


no out of coverage...infact i set mine to 3G only.
only on Facebook, whatsapp, telegram, Coc, etc...

but that 16% is from this morning 645am till now 527pm

in the Gallery - we can hide certain folders from appearing. how to unhide it back?

in "gallery" hold the "menu" button, then u will saw it

Hi, can anyone compare or comment on the camera quality of RN 3g or Meizu M2 Note with RN2? Been using RN3g for a year plus and thinking of switching to either RN2 or m2 note coz the internal space for apps is too little for me, but read that the image quality is not that good compared to RN 3g or m2 note...

I have Redmi Note 3g and Note 2 prime .My Antutu test is 32K for note 3g and 49K for note 2 prime. What do you think ? Camera wise I believe both use the same parts from Sunny Optic , China , another word Samsung or even Meizu phone are better. It's just my personal judgement. Some may not agree.

Hope u can edit the name of the apps.. The correct apps is "Wakeup touch L" specifically for lollipop user.. No deep sleep problem.

I used a red color nillkin hard case on my galaxy nexus before. After one year, my galaxy nexus back cover turned red because of the nillkin hard case.

This is the highest score for my phone. Dunno whats wrong. On performance battery mode. No memory card inserted. Only phone memory

It has been 1 week since I received and started using my phone.

So far, I am happy with the phone. It is smooth and snappy all the time.

I guess I may stick with Redmi Note series in coming years (if they do keep up)...
