I have another problem when upgrade from 7.0.8.0 to 7.0.12.0. Sometimes i can't receive call at all when rn2 in sleep mode. I have tried calling the phone myself and tested it. It seem that after wipe cache, the issue is resolved. Anywhere, i read somewhere that it is recommended to wipe cache partition everytime done an upgrade. Wipe cache partition will not delete user data. Maybe you can have a try
