With so many negative reviews .. i wonder how developer is going to sell the remaining Phase... Is this project / developer doomed to fail?
I think if they are willing to sell at 500PSF, without cutting cost on houses / facilities.. they can sell like hot cakes?

I always said in kl/Selangor demand always strong, a lot of people move here yearly to study, business, working, then stay here permanently.

Not deep study. Is less greedy from developer!
Provide a better quality/ finishing for end user + lower their price. They should not keep hiking the price every new launch..

Even if I provide you all the answers, Don’t trust everything you see online.. go to the market and look for yourself if you are a genuine buyer / investor.. do more homework, see the previous projects by this developer, compare their launching price with projects nearby, compare their quality, location, etc..
