I dont buy this project due to HIGH DENSITY. but I WISH this project will be successful.. (I have 2 shoplot and hse nearby) LOL

How many mrt stations are they? Mrt1 n 2? Without including lrt 1 2 n 3?

How many units there exposed to real lake view?

Those lakes were ex tin mining holes.

Haha. Then you should visit Desa Park City, you will know what is high end housing area vs High density housing area.

Once you go outside of it, you'll bump into low-mid end tamans and commercial lots. tongue.gif

Noticed that in many planned township, be it Sunway City, TRX, Pantai Sentral Park, etc.

With so many negative reviews .. i wonder how developer is going to sell the remaining Phase... Is this project / developer doomed to fail?

I think if they are willing to sell at 500PSF, without cutting cost on houses / facilities.. they can sell like hot cakes?

Still can sell lah... Just depend how fast only.
I always said in kl/Selangor demand always strong, a lot of people move here yearly to study, business, working, then stay here permanently.

Not deep study. Is less greedy from developer!

Provide a better quality/ finishing for end user + lower their price. They should not keep hiking the price every new launch..

I can their advertisement everywhere... Their review not good?? What kind of quality can be expected for this developet?? Any idea on the sales package? 10% discount + foc on legal fees and MOT? Is diamond city their project? There ok?

Oh man, I suggest you to do more homework before u make your first purchase. Even if I provide you all the answers, Don’t trust everything you see online.. go to the market and look for yourself if you are a genuine buyer / investor.. do more homework, see the previous projects by this developer, compare their launching price with projects nearby, compare their quality, location, etc..

Sometimes opinions from forum might be different.. don’t just simply throw questions and expect real answer from forum.
