I PERSONALLY thinks that.... this project will NOT be another DPC... Simply because we do not need another mall in the area, we do not need SO MANY UNITS of residence in that area too!!
I can their advertisement everywhere... Their review not good?? What kind of quality can be expected for this developet?? Any idea on the sales package? 10% discount + foc on legal fees and MOT? Is diamond city their project? There ok?
Oh man, I suggest you to do more homework before u make your first purchase. Even if I provide you all the answers, Don’t trust everything you see online.. go to the market and look for yourself if you are a genuine buyer / investor.. do more homework, see the previous projects by this developer, compare their launching price with projects nearby, compare their quality, location, etc..
Sometimes opinions from forum might be different.. don’t just simply throw questions and expect real answer from forum.

A successful project needs to have both investor and own occupancy.. this project do surprise me in terms of sales (I did not expect the sales will be that good). I expect worse..
Anyways, I am not a buyer and I will not buy this project due to high density.. I do wish this project will be successful ... ( I have property nearby)
