I PERSONALLY thinks that.... this project will NOT be another DPC... Simply because we do not need another mall in the area, we do not need SO MANY UNITS of residence in that area too!!

Just came back from the showroom..
1) Their whole master plan DOES impress me.

2) I like their 3x3 tiles BUT not the Fancy cinapek tiles displayed in biggest layout showroom.

3) I think if they are able to pull it off and occupancy rate is more than 70%. This place is gonna be super ONG

However, it is such a turn off when it comes to density.. i asked the salesperson and she couldn't answer me how many blocks of condo will be built.

BUT the catalogue there shows like 20-30 BLOCKS of residential (Exclude office and Shopping malls)

If includes Mah Sing, Eco Sky, JL99 (new launch) ... i think easily 50-80k unit of residential there??

I dont buy this project due to HIGH DENSITY. but I WISH this project will be successful.. (I have 2 shoplot and hse nearby) LOL

With so many negative reviews .. i wonder how developer is going to sell the remaining Phase... Is this project / developer doomed to fail?

I think if they are willing to sell at 500PSF, without cutting cost on houses / facilities.. they can sell like hot cakes?

Not deep study. Is less greedy from developer!

Provide a better quality/ finishing for end user + lower their price. They should not keep hiking the price every new launch..

Oh man, I suggest you to do more homework before u make your first purchase. Even if I provide you all the answers, Don’t trust everything you see online.. go to the market and look for yourself if you are a genuine buyer / investor.. do more homework, see the previous projects by this developer, compare their launching price with projects nearby, compare their quality, location, etc..

Sometimes opinions from forum might be different.. don’t just simply throw questions and expect real answer from forum.

A successful project needs to have both investor and own occupancy.. this project do surprise me in terms of sales (I did not expect the sales will be that good). I expect worse..

Anyways, I am not a buyer and I will not buy this project due to high density.. I do wish this project will be successful ... ( I have property nearby)

More negative news for the buyers / investors out there.. They just launched PHASE 1 of the entire master plan and they are cutting 400 jobs already. What's next?

U wan china built whole city in 3 years also they can do that... Question is can they sell ? Who's buying these units?

Building entire city in short period is not an issue to china... their challenge is selling them.
