hhmmm... dunno what to say? It looks really cool and all but blowing air back into the casing... i think it would be better if the top base could be facing towards the back exhaust of a casing. Then this would be really kick ass... overall... i'd probably give it a 4/10.

hmm... that is expensive. you can get it for like RM140 - 145

Its sure can cool down the whole mobo but dont you guys ever think those 'air' from the heatsink is a hot air? Personally I think that those hot air will only make your mobo more warmer and dont forget more dust on the mobo.

this really depends on the case that u use.
if the airflow is bad, then yes, maybe this hsf will not perform too well. for for those bigger cases, this hsf will definitely perform well.

hmm . so the market price would be around RM150 to RM160 ....

that's good coz it requires another RM60 for two CM LED fan to work nicely...

so anyone beside uncle Ianho has got one in their rig ??

want to get some comment on it ...

Got a time to go to moderno shop last week, and got a hold of the geminii in my hand. [hold only, no buy laugh.gif ]
From my experience, yes, it is lightweight. thumbup.gif

But looking at overlength heatpipes, i don't know either i can really rely on that heatsink. hmm.gif

Sry I didn't haf time to write a review on this guys. Anyway just a short n simple answer for u guys wondering about the ability of this monster heatsink. It is monstrous in everyway u can imagine. Lovely temps on everything.

My CPU load temps dropped about 13C! I kid u not. This is compared to an XP120 which is already an excellent HSF. I was shocked that it cud drop 13C. The XP120 load temp was 65C. Gemin load temp is only 52C.

Best thing is that it also dropped my mobos temps a whole lot. Mobo temps dropped about 10C. I'm very sure my RAM is also much cooler now compared to b4 but I haf no way of measuring the RAM temps. If the mobo dropped 10C then the RAMs must surely b cooler too.

The 13C drop was tested in my room at normal room temps of about 32C. If I turn on the aircond, u wont belif the temps showed by Everest. The fellas who came for the LANparty n looked at the temps on my G5 LCD were shocked. The CPU load temp while gaming was only 30C!

So those of u who always doubt CoolerMaster, try this monster, it truly is a monster. Best thing is that it's cheap. Dirt cheap. Too cheap. laugh.gif
I was thinking of going back to water cooling to cool my King Kong's sky high temps but this Fujin solved all my probs.

wow...what an impresive result there... thumbup.gif rclxms.gif if you replace the 2 vizo fan with 2 FM-121 or FM-122, dun know what temp it can get... but of course it will be a bit noisy ( hmm.gif dunno how is the noise level if compare to Vizo fan ler...) brows.gif drool.gif

I dont think it would be fair comparison as those two cooler has only single surface for mounting the fan and the size of the fins are uncomparable ..

I hold it in hand as well but didn't buy it also .. the size is just annoying to me...

I bet Ultra-120 would loose as i am using it now and based on Uncle Ianho review.. .this baby works better around 8c at least. Single fan mounting VS dual fan mounting is not a fair comparison.

the only thing that concern me is the size, weight and compaitbility issue.

to be honest, i dont think so. the ultra should still outperform this hsf under load based on the various reviews that ive read online. if beat also not more than 2 degrees smile.gif

Even if it beats the Ultra by only 2C, the big thing about this Gemin is dat it cools the heatpipe mobos like mine, big time. The Ultra sux in that aspect coz it just blows straight out the back n doesn't offer any cooling to the heatpipes at all. N HOT heatpipes is a major issue on all mobos with heatpipes once u start clocking them to the sky.
