I was reading and gathering the documents for submission of subclass 189/190 and find out the below. I have a few questions about it. I wonder anyone can help. 

Skilled employment documents
Proof that in the 10 years before you were invited to apply for the visa, you worked full time in in your skilled nominated occupation:

1. payslips that cover the period of employment claimed - Do i need to provide all each months of payslips for the whole 5 years of working?
2. contracts, tax returns, group certificates and superannuation documents - Employment contract, EA form or E-filling, EPF statements are good enough?
3. employment references - Done this part when submitting to ACS. So no problem with this.
4 .any other documents relating to your employment history that you provided for your skills assessment. Same as 3.

Hi all, I have just lodge my EOI for subclass 190, with total 60 points, while doing re-assessment on my current career. If passed, will gain extra 5 points as when time passes by, I still have 5 points buffer.

My EOI was lodged under skill select "Marketing Specialist". Understood that there is no state opening at the moment, but my agency said that there might be random pick by state (unannounced) while waiting for the official opening, usually in Apr/ July.

Can I ask, employer reference letter must include salary? If employer not willing to provide, can use offer letter/exit letter /increment letter?

So far i see GMS has some positive feedbacks. Any comments on that? Cause like many, I'm worried about agents over-promising things when in reality they're not probably going to succeed. I don't mind paying for their services but not at the expense of possible misrepresentation.

Hey, good to know there's such an option! Reject emails are about 1 in 10 I have found so far. Most didn't bother replying if not shortlisted, likely due to ATS filtering I presume.

On the other hand, if I couldn't get a job in Sydney, chances are I won't get one in Melbourne, and there must be something about me that I need to rectify.

Your friends... did they face any problems with RRV/citizenship application?

Hi guys, am applying for my PR soon. As i was looking through the checklist, it says that medical checkup and police check is required once the EOI has been accepted.

Was wondering if it is worth it to get these prepared before hand or just do it once I receive the invitation from the Australian govt? I read that the aussie immigration gives us only 30 days to respond, hence will they accept policy check / medical certs which have been obtained probably 6-12 months before?

I guess it is best to have it all within the 30 days from acceptance, however, would you know if they accept certificate of good conduct which was obtained 6 months before EOI acceptance?
Yea, I've done my english test already, just pending my skills assessment now before lodging the EOI. Question is, should I get the certificate of good conduct concurrently and have it ahead of time.

Would appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through this before.

The tough parts would be the points, Im currently at 70, but those in my profession getting 75+....... chances seem very bleak now

Just submitting RRV for my wife....damn expensive, i had to submit mine and my kids all cost me $1600....damn

normally how long does it take to get a reply from the case officer once you submitted all the documents? i've lodged on 20th January, till date submitted all docs incl health and police check and was wondering how long does it take for them to respond if theres any inadequate documents that require addition submission?

3. Is a very Msian thing, that we actually think using an agent or runner will "smoothen" the way....lol
