Questions: I have plans to stay for a month here and a month there, hence i do not want to pay a 12 months fixed contract and with no furniture.

Is AirBnB the only choice i can seek for?

Hi Guys,

I was reading and gathering the documents for submission of subclass 189/190 and find out the below. I have a few questions about it. I wonder anyone can help.  hmm.gif

Skilled employment documents
Proof that in the 10 years before you were invited to apply for the visa, you worked full time in in your skilled nominated occupation:

1. payslips that cover the period of employment claimed - Do i need to provide all each months of payslips for the whole 5 years of working?
2. contracts, tax returns, group certificates and superannuation documents - Employment contract, EA form or E-filling, EPF statements are good enough?
3. employment references - Done this part when submitting to ACS. So no problem with this.
4 .any other documents relating to your employment history that you provided for your skills assessment. Same as 3.
*
For pay slip. For 1-4th year i only submitted 3 month slip each year. But for the last year i submit every single month. Including bonus and incentive

EA, epf, should be good enough. I only used both of this.

Is never bad for submiting every skill assesment. Awards. Just submit it if and put as "other certificates"

I think it's whirlpool.

On a different note, OZBargain is a good website as well for user posted bargains.
*
checked in whirlpool, more for IT and software engineer?
Will check out ozbargain.

Hi all, I have just lodge my EOI for subclass 190, with total 60 points, while doing re-assessment on my current career. If passed, will gain extra 5 points as when time passes by, I still have 5 points buffer.

My EOI was lodged under skill select "Marketing Specialist". Understood that there is no state opening at the moment, but my agency said that there might be random pick by state (unannounced) while waiting for the official opening, usually in Apr/ July.

Wish for the best!
*
which agency? mind to share?
I actually discarded Marketing specialist and applied for another very related profession. and got the PR last year.

HI there, how if i dont have bank statement ,epf statement .but have employment previous payslip print buy computer..is that any truoble ?
*
not sure about that, i guess the reason why they needed EPF/EA statement is to see whether the correct salary was debited in your accounts accordingly.

Can I ask, employer reference letter must include salary? If employer not willing to provide, can use offer letter/exit letter /increment letter?
*
Employment reference letter are not your salary slips.

The reference letter are letters that your employer state what position you are, what kind of responsibility you are doing in the employer's company.
It usually a page long, with few bullet points.

offer letter can be part of your reference letter.
to make your case more solid, use a recent letter. meaning, write one and ask you boss to acknowledge with signature.

Thanks. Sorry, saw the emoji, you're being serious right? If you don't mind me asking, when did you engage them? And which subclass visa did they apply for you?

So far i see GMS has some positive feedbacks. Any comments on that? Cause like many, I'm worried about agents over-promising things when in reality they're not probably going to succeed. I don't mind paying for their services but not at the expense of possible misrepresentation.
*
based on google review, GMS has the lowest. highest is Austral.

at least they take the effort to keep their work quality up.

I know. I just prefer zero risk on getting RRV and citizenship later.
*
the best way is to apply for many jobs in NSW, then hope for rejects from emails. Send those reject prove to state government to mention that u will move to melbourne.

The state government will acknowledge and hope for your best. Rather than not telling them, morally it could be better to just let them know beforehand.

This is some of my friends did.

Hey, good to know there's such an option! Reject emails are about 1 in 10 I have found so far. Most didn't bother replying if not shortlisted, likely due to ATS filtering I presume.

On the other hand, if I couldn't get a job in Sydney, chances are I won't get one in Melbourne, and there must be something about me that I need to rectify.
*
thats why i emphasize earlier, hope for reject emails lol.

I wish i can get those. maybe 2 or 3 out of 30 applications, enough to send to state government.

Your friends... did they face any problems with RRV/citizenship application?
*
cant say yet, cause he is at his 2nd year now out of 5 years.

Alot of other people said u dont necessary need to do that.

But he was surprised when state government did actually acknowledge him.

He told the state government he got a family to feed, so cant wait any longer, and since he got a job offer from other state he have to move on.

He didnt ask permission, just notify them morally.

Hi guys, am applying for my PR soon. As i was looking through the checklist, it says that medical checkup and police check is required once the EOI has been accepted.

Was wondering if it is worth it to get these prepared before hand or just do it once I receive the invitation from the Australian govt? I read that the aussie immigration gives us only 30 days to respond, hence will they accept policy check / medical certs which have been obtained probably 6-12 months before?
*
both of those are very fast to get. Almost instant.

the one u need to get before applying is your IETLS or PTE english exam, they valid for 2 years if i am not mistaken.

Many fail that stage. even me, i took ielts twice. third time only pass.

I guess it is best to have it all within the 30 days from acceptance, however, would you know if they accept certificate of good conduct which was obtained 6 months before EOI acceptance?
Yea, I've done my english test already, just pending my skills assessment now before lodging the EOI. Question is, should I get the certificate of good conduct concurrently and have it ahead of time.

Would appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through this before.
*
done english? then is easy anyway, when free just go and get the rest. health check i remember u need the invitation from state government.

Have you move to AUS since you have obtained your PR, or you already in AUS?
I saw your post quite detailed explaining all the questions from requestor.

3. Is a very Msian thing, that we actually think using an agent or runner will "smoothen" the way....lol
*
yes, can't agree more with that.

Singapore has much higher agent fees compared to Msian dollar to dollar. Actually depending on which agent. I heard a friend of mine got charged RM 80k for 4 person. Maybe her 2 of her kids already over 18.
