Hello all,

I am not a frequent poster on these forums but I do lurk. In the past week I have purchased some electronics from Lazada Malaysia, to be fulfilled by Lazada (which, from what I understand, means that they have the item in their warehouse? - correct me if I'm wrong).

A few days later, they informed me that the item has shipped. However, the tracking ID given to me to be used on NinjaVan's site is invalid (no, I have no ad blocker on). The item was due to be delivered by the 12th of November but there was no text notification that the item was to be delivered and sure enough, the item was not delivered.

After contacting Lazada's customer service representatives, they said that they have been having the same issues with other customers not having their items delivered by NinjaVan.

Now, my questions is: Is anyone having the same issues with NinjaVan not delivering? Or having invalid tracking IDs?

I'm not pointing fingers here or out to smear names, but I feel that I have wasted too much time on Lazada and partners not being able to deliver as promised and would like to know what's going on.

Any experiences similar to mine, involving Lazada and NinjaVan would be greatly appreciated.

Adui. That's terrible. Yeah, I looked through their site, too. No contact no. Emailed them though, probably not going to get a response. Thanks for sharing!

I'm using Chrome, the ID is still invalid. I asked the customer service rep to check and they couldn't give me a straight answer.
Thanks for responding.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that somehow, my tracking ID is now valid and they have shown that the item was just only picked up today (it progressed to the sorting hub quite quickly, too). Hope your delivery status has progressed!

Nice to found this post here, it's not a sabotage, it's real issue here which really pissing me off.
Let me describe them to you in detail as for the sake you will not be the next victim like me.

Most suitable words to describe NINJAVAN - LIAR, CHEATER, IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL.
They break their promises on the delivery date and very irresponsible to the customer.
They will not give you a call when they failed to deliver the goods to you.
The worst part is, they don't even have a contact no. in their website, so can you imagine what kind of operation they are running and services that they are offering to the customers??
The website is purely contain with all the fake marketing lies that they just can't achieve at all, laughing stock!
Here you go, pay a visit to their website, make sure you don't laugh on all the contents that it totally 'reflecting' it in my case.
https://ninjavan.my/#/

My case.
I have been waiting for a parcel where it suppose to be delivered on the 12Nov, I got nothing on that day, I mean nothing at all, not the parcel, not a call, not even an email.
Then I contacted NINJAVAN via email from their website, NO RESPOND too until the next day. It seems quite true that they named themselves 'NINJA', can't be seen easily.biggrin.gif

Well, fine, I called up Lazada to check what's going on to my order. Can you imagine what's the feedback? They told me it's all because of the 'Double 11 Carnival', The Ninja is too busy and unable to deliver my order, does that sounds cool?

Well, fine again, at least Lazada had assisted me to find the Ninja. And the Ninja finally replied me in email and promised me the delivery will be on the 14Nov, you know what? it ended up with the same thing, nothing happen, SMOKE BOMB......! Poof......!
But not so 'bad' this time, the delivery tracking did updated this time which it didn't updated on the 12Nov failure.
It stated there delivery failure on the 14Nov and the next estimate delivery will be on the 15Nov2015, well, lets see, I really deeply doubted on it.

Put it this way.
I don't actually mind it take a longer time for the delivery, just that stop offering things which you can't delivered and screwed up the customer's anticipation, it sucks so badly wasting people's time like this.
I have been buying things from other countries too and they are even further away from here, but people didn't give me this kind of crap!

My final words, the choice is yours, think not twice, think quadruple!

That's about the same with my situation. Lazada informed me that the item was shipped on the 8th, and the expected delivery will be on the 12th. I received no notification at all. Like you, I wouldn't mind receiving my items later PROVIDED I am given notification. They are certainly unreliable and ineffective at communicating with their clients.

I emailed them but the email was forwarded to Singapore's branch. Silly, isn't it? Do they not have their own contact centre to deal with their issues? After emailing them and all that nonsense My tracking ID finally updated on 14th Nov and this morning, the delivery date changed from 24th Nov to 17th Nov.

So far, from what I have experienced, NinjaVan Malaysia is an unrealiable delivery servie with poor customer relations.

lol, totally a mess, they can't handle still want to join the crowd for double 11 carnival....
ppl said, no so big head, don't wear so big hat.....haiz.....hope they will improve to have less victim like us.

Actually it's not really a big deal if they can just inform us earlier instead of leaving us to keep on waiting blindly.
U need delay, u need to tell ma, u need delay and don't want to tell, mana boleh lo, so irresponsible.
Or maybe they do like other international e-com, the sellers put the estimate delivery date up to months, then the choice is up to the buyer.

Anyhow, I just got my package.
Total of 6 days delay.
Item condition - GOOD

true that. I've shoot complain email to lazada, twice, they could only apologize.

It was written my order will reach me by 12th, which is next day delivery. Even my order was showing that, they say it's impossible. Now they inform me latest my package will reach by 20th. They are still delaying my package, and are scheduling to send by tomorrow.

I've already given up my hope of it. Just waiting for it to reach me safely.

Hi again everyone!

I finally received my item on the 16th. My actual delivery date was supposed to be on the 12th, too. After many calls to Lazada and an emails to Ninja Van, the item was picked up from the warehouse on the 14th. I was then due to leave Malaysia the evening on the 16th. It was frustrating to talk to Lazada because I had to repeat that I wanted my item by the 16th as I won't be around.

The whole arrangement is messed up. The courier service does not even have a contact number and email to their name, as mentioned above, how do they handle issues that arise? My emails through the Ninja Van's Malaysian site goes to the Singaporean branch. And then they have to CC the email to the Malaysian branch. In addition to that, upon asking Lazada's customer service reps for Ninja Van's contact number, they said they really didn't have one and they, too, emailed like us common folk. Wonderful.

Finally, just after 5pm, I received a call from a courier guy who works for Ninja Van. This guy is amazing. He delivered my item despite having ended work that day. He did this on his own initiative. BUT, after the call, Lazada's call centre manager called and said that Ninja Van can't deliver on the 16th and will have to deliver the next day. Excellent communication.

How is it that Lazada has no control over a courier/logistics service for which they pay? How is it that the fate of an item's delivery is dictated by the person at the lowest end of the command chain? Really, the guy who delivered my item should be made manager and the nincompoop who is manager should be the courier to learn the ropes.

I think, if any of you face the same problem with Lazada and their marvelous logistics partner, put the pressure on.

This is normal, hence you can see most of the online seller would say they can only send the item as fast as possible and then the arrival date will depend on the reliability of the courier company. Ways to avoid this is by picking up the item yourself at their final hub. Same thing happened to me twice when lazada delivered my product using nationwide express whereby after such a period i had to pick it up myself at the final hub because it is just faster that way.

I was contemplating picking up the package myself. But I wanted them to suggest a solution. Where did you pick up your item, if you don't mind sharing? I agree that it would be much easier and quicker to pick it up ourselves.

In any case, I had bought the item before their double 11 fiasco and yet they encountered many difficulties in completing that delivery. Prior to this order I bought a similar item from them but their merchant cancelled and was not contactable. Why would they trust a logistics company that is so difficult to contact? And if I'm not wrong, this item was already at their warehouse.

I guess it was not that you contacted customer service that your Ninja van tracking info got updates, but it just happened to update at that time. blush.gif
