Is AVATrade considered a "Tier-1" broker and licensed by FCA and/or ASIC??

Appreciate feedback from any trader(s) who's dealt with this broker previously.

AVATrade is a tier 1 broker but not good in terms of spreads.

If you need better brokers, i can recommend few good options for you.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not in need of a new/another broker now, it's just that they'd approached me recently but so far I haven't seen them being listed by this thread starter yet.

So not really licensed by FCA/UK (yet) or perhaps used to be?
Anyways, i guess their current license list looks "safe" enough.

If I can remember, corretly some postings in another thread long time ago....got mentioned.
Depends on which entitiy you joined, the regulatory license may not cover that entity jyou joined.
Sort of like,
Plant A has ISO 15000, but plant B does not hv it.
If you joined plant B, then ISO 15000 tequirement does not apply.

If you trusted Spore regulatory, perhaps can try seek out if Avatrade is a Spore approved entitiy then join that entity from there?

I understand that AVAtrade is (still) not regulated or licensed by MAS/Singapore. Actually I'm not aware of any of those "genuine" brokers in the Brokers List of this thread are MAS-licensed/regulated.
Anyways, I believe most of the times the tier-1 brokers (FCA/ASIC licensed) may refer their prospects/customers to their other offshore entities IF they wish to trade with HIGHER leverage and/or when they know that you're not a resident at their FCA/ASIC licensed regions.
