IMK my second unit in mont kiara after Sefina. Sefina rented out for RM 4500 to Scottish couple since 2018. before they stay in desa park but they complain a lot of ah beng chinese there, further from kl and close to kepong hahahaha! target to do up IMK and rent out for RM 3700. foreigners love the area, just make sure you renovate the unit. my friends wanted to buy but too late  |

The foyer is also 5x7 sq feet so not directly in front of lif opening😀 |
