If you smart enough... Try go study Sefina, kiara 9, pentamont, impian villa and more deep inside segambut project, scenaria, villa crystal....

Not need 100% study as property doctor only talk... But at survey first what price range selling at surrounding area.

Overhang came from unsold. If there is no unsold, there won't be any overhang.

people talking about JK4 extension to JDK needs to drive to that place and take a look. initial plan was to connect that road but for some cost cutting measure DBKL decided against it and left MKH to build the road on JK4 up to Inspirasi entrance...

Even JK3 to JDK is still not open until now. so people talking as if JK4 road is going to be jammed because its only dual lanes like its a sure thing. LOL

I stay nearby. This type of property like Inspirasi, u no need to think so much. Just buy.

Rental in MK is always good and always high in demand.

No need to worry so much

only 3 plot of lands left in mont kiara.

inspirasi, ardena and pentamont coming. i can see the road from jalan kiara 4 going in.
