DBKL's planning is to make Jalan Kiara 4 to be a 6 lanes carriageway. (Became a main road already, continuous from Jalan Segambut)

Actually, the Jalan Segambut Upgrade Master Plan Phase 4 already/almost completed (contract awarded since Feb 2017). The portion of JK4 in front of 22 MK & Arcoris up to the Sprint Highway are 6 lanes. (Some cars parked at one of the completed lanes, either left or right, Ha ha..) The big issue is Phase 3, elevated highway needed to link with Phase 4.

6 lanes still possible if part of the Phase 3 is elevated highway, especially the portion in JK4 and merged at the 6 lanes JK4 at MK 22 / Arcoris.
