if not mistaken inspirasi has a public bypass road beside the condo, connecting JK3 to JK4. saw it from the scale model at property fair few years ago.

It is difficult, you need to build a bridge across the open channel/big drain.

DBKL's planning is to make Jalan Kiara 4 to be a 6 lanes carriageway. (Became a main road already, continuous from Jalan Segambut)

i think nope, coz saw the structure now, the road only enough for Inspirasi use, and JK4 also direct join into Inspirasi(coz funded by MKH about rm7m).

but DBKL Jalan Segambut master plan Phase4(final phase) is JK4, mean in the future, the road of MK join to Jalan Segambut will be JK4 and replace JK3.

haha, about the 6lanes will gg also, coz now the middle of JK4 already done in 2lanes only with both side conrecte high wall, i really dunno how DBKL make it become main road with 6lanes in the future, if only 2lanes for the main road join to Jalan segambut, then future JK4 will more worst than currently JK3😅

JK3 become sub road in future can solve the problem of Garden International School problem, reduce the user of JK3.

Actually, the Jalan Segambut Upgrade Master Plan Phase 4 already/almost completed (contract awarded since Feb 2017). The portion of JK4 in front of 22 MK & Arcoris up to the Sprint Highway are 6 lanes. (Some cars parked at one of the completed lanes, either left or right, Ha ha..) The big issue is Phase 3, elevated highway needed to link with Phase 4.

The elevated sprint ? Or jalan Desa Kiara

Jalan Segambut master plan phase 4 not yet start😅 phase 1 done long time ago, jan2020 start phase 2, phase3 in discussing.
now u saw the phase4 is out of master plan, jist MK plan only, if master plan run wont just do half way, and Inspirasi pay rm7million for the 200m also, if it is master plan then why inspirasi need to pay😅 because phase 4 not yet start but inspirasi need the road so inspirasi pay by itself.

Go to Google Map now, you can find part of the JK4 is 6 lanes, this falls under the Phase 4's region, further up uncompleted's is Phase 3 and road to Inspirasi.

But I don't know there got another MK plan other than the Master Plan. If the 2 plans are overlapping (at Phase 4's portion), it is a waste of money.

i go DBKL presentation dy, phase 4 is the entire JK4 until under the NKVE bridge.

from Sefina to Inspirasi about 200m road is funded by MKH it own money because they want the selling point of inspirasi link to JK4, the cost them rm7million newspaper reported dy.

Jalan Segambut master plan phase 4 mean JK4 not yet start even discussion also not yet, phase 2 start Jan2020 about rm40m+, phase 3 in dicussing about rm100m+, phase 4 not in disccussing currently.

yes, not u feel weird, i also feel weird why JK4 under Jalan Segambut master plan phase 4, but the road still build 2lanes & 200m funded by MKH😅😅😅

I attended the Taklimat/Dialog with DBKL too last month.

Not entire JK4 is under Phase 4.

Phase 4 (Yellow) only expansion of the existing JK4 (from Sefina to the South > Jalan Desa Kiara/Sprint Highway)

While Phase 3 (Blue) from Sefina to the North > beneath NKVE bridge to Jalan Lang Emas which is a new road under discussing (a portion of it in JK4).



The 2 lanes road built by MKH could be a temporary solution, it will be expanded when Phase 3 materialized.

ya not entire, my meaning is currently the JK4 2lanes with both side high concrete wall, wont be temporary road, temporary road is like kampung😅 u go JK4 and see the 2lanes then u will know is permanent or temporary😅 the 2lanes not build by MKH, it already done by DBkL until sefina, MKH 200m is Sefina to Inspirasi only, or u can use measurement tape to measure the 200m😅

i suggest u go JK4 and see the road posible become 6lanes in future or not first~😅

i saw the DBKL using old plan also, many building no update in the paper plan, u comapre the phase4 n google map, lanes already different now, mean currently JK4 is not under phase4, so when DBKL start discussing phase4 will only relised the road is fixed dy😅 if want rebuild the road to match phase4 design i guess will waste more money to demolish and re structure, so i guess at the end DBKL will say since the JK4 is done like this dy, so phase 4 will adjust to match the currently condition, wont be DBKL waste so much money to re build it😅
