I'll be surprised to see how Allevia will have a similar 'extension' at Jalan Kiara 4. There is a big monsoon drain right behind it

very hardworking on a weekend! I was there too not too long ago, and noticed the huge monsoon drain. My only worry is when it rains extremely heavy...

Anyway if you looked at the map below, they depicted JK4 all the way until TWY / behind MK28 ... maybe thats the long term plan. lets see how it goes over the next couple of years.

didn’t u know developers/builders are very creative. They can turn deserted mining ponds to housing areas 😄 so I don’t see how they can’t extend JK4. Just a matter of time (and political climate of the day)

the "extension" leading to IMK entrance at JK4 doesnt look legit to me... the developer may have built it temporarily for their lorries/trucks/workers...

Allevia has started or will start piling/earth work pretty soon. They would probably have thought about an expansion to JK4

They do have proper gates and entrances built. Not sure why it isn’t utilised yet. Maybe applying for approval. In fact Sefina’s main drop off area is at the back facing JK4

strategic in what sense? its at the deep end. you need to drive through huge retaining walls before reaching. R22 is strategic

So far no news on the kampung plot. But strong rumours that MRT if ever built in MK, will be along Jalan Kiara 4. And the only remaining plot of land in Jalan Kiara 4 is .... the kampung plot!

P/s I think Inspirasi may become “strategic” if authorities extends the road from TWY to JK4

Yes approved yesterday. Now everyone guessing exact location of station in MK

If true, I cannot imagine the traffic in/out JK4 after completion of MRT. Also, the indiscriminate parking around by the commuters... going to be a mess?
