many caffra sub sale r available. and still below ur budget.

or u may check with BSA any released unit for Fusca. 3 weeks ago, there r units being released.

Choosing a unit at Edulis seem challenging....we love the north side....as it is facing the wetland BUT at the same time facing the cemetery too....so likely still have to choose facing the south side....mmm...

Hi! Did check... (kswong77) Caffra sub sale now is around RM 870k...(facing north)... there are about 2-3 unit available. SA Serrata also available.

Well, at this moment we decided to hold till after 2016 CNY. I think the property market will take a nose dive...after CNY...

I doubt the price for future launch link hse in P11 will decrease judging from the recent sales response of Fusca. As for the link semi-d, it could be a different story though, bcos the sales of Montana has been quite slow, imho. hmm.gif

Also, judging from the crowd at the launches of P11, I would say mostly are buying for own stay rather than flipping. So, I think there will be limited people off loading their units after vp.

agreed with u. link house is sold within 1 week + from launch. it is consider very good response at current market. so, still have room for them to increase future price.

or it could be link house below RM1 mil still got its demand.

More or less. SP Setia kinda good in not hiking the price for next launch of same product

If u look at the previous launches of Caffra, Crista, Fusca, the increase is about 10k for every phase. So, i don't think they will increase much if they launch Edulis next year with the market sentiment going downtrend at the moment.

this i might not agreed. for e.g trefoil, Tower C is definitely same with Tower B and C. but they have increase the price.

Err....... according to masterplan, after Edulis still have Decora, Elenae, Zeyheri. These are all 20x65 link hses leh.........
