many caffra sub sale r available. and still below ur budget. or u may check with BSA any released unit for Fusca. 3 weeks ago, there r units being released. Hi! Did check... (kswong77) Caffra sub sale now is around RM 870k...(facing north)... there are about 2-3 unit available. SA Serrata also available.
Well, at this moment we decided to hold till after 2016 CNY. I think the property market will take a nose dive...after CNY...
