SA is for people also Klang, Kapar, Meru etc... upgrade over. Their lifestyle, education and work/business memang around this area and get use to it.

i;ve see at least 3 family not from SA move to SA... after a few year the move out back, renting a condo in PJ. their house in SA become weekend house, and for retirement later.

one of that is my cousin.

as said...if you are from this area, then it is ok
but if you are from PJ. Subang- then it don't so make sense..

but again... these days if want to get landed it gotto be a distant away and have long travel.

Yes Bandar Bukit Raja i would say so.

Elmina- no, not near Klang.
it is more for PJ-Subang people move out from their parents, or move out from high rise as their kids grow up.

Standard MBSA plan have to leave at least 10 ft at side 10 ft at the back and 20 ft in front allowance for Semi D without back lane. Can apply for exemption but most likely will get rejected. Can do without approval but you know the risk that comes with it.

My semid in Eco Ardence, Setia Alam i got approval from MBSA to extend 5ft at the back with balance 5ft set back but have to pay a small penalty as procedure.
