Bukit Raja too is constructing a new water retention pond, so we can hope for better. All 3 Damai (14,15 and 16) has a very good track record on security. The few breaches over the span of 15 years are mostly internal (maid in cahoot with outsider, renovation workers) and nothing major. Damai 15 and 16 has the best bang for bucks maintenance and security fee at RM143 and Damai 14 at RM200 (last I heard). From these fees, you get proper company running the show and doing landscaping. So it's not just security. We like it here so much to the point of getting ourself a 2nd unit few months ago.

Food in setia alam is pretty disappointing. None of them are to shout about. Thats why i always travel out of setia alam to eat.
Here are the list of restaurants in setia alam that are edible to me:
