So limit it so that system wont unnecessarily crash. So 113 units. Just limit to 113 registrants. Like u said demand is not an issue. There will be ppl waiting on the line.

yup, we cant change the name as the email stated that the the sequence number holder will be identified as the purchaser/owners of the unit tho. However, if you are close with the SA then they can help you in term of changing the sequence number holder name 

Btw, my sequence number is number 8 so the unit selection is based on the sequence number turn??

One of my main concern for this Croceus location is izzit it kinda near to the future school area as i scare will got some 'sound pollution' from the school area tho    Hopefully government willl change the future school project to others I guess. AMEN

I am choosing the 798k one as facing the recreative field as i got dog so i guess it will be better choice to face the field but I will choose one unit from 4 to 22 as i dont want too near to the petrol station also

It doesn't comes with full perimeter fencing unlike Permai 1,2&3 which is kinda turn off as Bywater cost higher. However, Jake told me that when RA is form, we can fully fence up the whole perimeter.. Hmm now some more have soil settlement issue? 

True true. Even if they know they wouldnt say anything till its sold. But im comforted by setia having experienxmced soil sinking in the past many years and having to painfully solved the issue in the earlier phases. So would positivwly think that they would take the required precautions.
