haha bro, u sure after 9.30 AM still peak? im wondering r u a Klang Vally residents, i find it traffic is quite smooth starts from 9.00, at kesas, NKVE,even in Federal HIGHway, inside KL area also quite smooth, please dun exaggerate any unconfirmed statement, it will make u more awkward。
First, most office hours starts at 9am. Even there is no traffic jam, it will take you at least 45 minutes to reach kl city center taking jalan kuching as borderline, provided you obey max speed limit nkve or federal or npe.

the whole 35 KM is not jam starts beginning till the end bro. First 15 KM, its quite smooth untill the exchange of Subang Airport, taks u about 10 minutes. if u talk about after 9.00 AM traffic, from Subang to Menera TM is about 30 minutes , then from there to KLCC, is about 20 minutes, but there is till lots of car in road , but at least can move if your driving skill is good, not jam there 20 minutes cannt move like tat. So from SA to KLCC, takes u about 50 Minutes- 1 Hour. I usually starts work at 10 am till 7-8 PM everyday.
Sometimes i will go ack to my office for trainning in weekend, its only takes me 30 minutes in day time from SA to KLCC, 20 minuts in Midnight from KLCC to SA.
The jam starts at:
1. Tenby
2. Exit to nkve
3. Bukit jelutong/guthrie interchange
4. Subang jaya exit (all the way to midvalley if youve decided to use federal via subang airport road)
5. Damansara exit (if you heading damansara/ sprint)
6. Didnt commute anywhere beyond kota damansara on peak hours.
Keep in mind that the back journey is much slower due to lorries hogging nkve towards setia alam..
Well you can say cheras/kl area are facing the same traffic jam issues, but at least they are stucked in jam for 10km to 20km, not 30km.
As for cyberjaya, it used to be ok, but the toll is rm5.80 per trip.
Sorry to burst the bubbles. Mrt/lrt not coming to sa is a HUGE let down, there are better alternatives out there.
Sa is ideal for people who owns biz/factories nearby.
