Last week i did chat with SAWC sales on the next launch. Most likely they'll revise future phase for 3 storey house beside McD to double storey. Now pending for approval.

Not surprise they change from 3 storey house to 2 storey house. The existing 3 storey house at Setia Utama 2 is really hard to push.
