Forget about Setia Alam, too much supply, less people staying.. It is damn far away from KL City (Financial Hub)....

Forget about it, far away from KL, oversupply, less job opportunity and developed township. Assuming u can withhold it for next 10,20 or 30 years, definitely it will increase..

Job opportunity is lesser here. I saw some people comment about Top Gloves and Setia offices. I am just wondering he is smart or too smart. How much is d property here and how many % of employees from company above can afford property here. Some people thinks without thinking, may be hardcore sales.

Most high paid staff are from banking, investment, oil n gas, legal, medicine, accounting or even IT, consultant or outsourcing companies. If you cant attract those biz fields to setup biz there, forget about it. Majority wont have $$$ to pay downpayment or even serving a million loan..

Last time, SA costs about 200k only. Without 10k pay, u still can afford to pay bank loan. Now, new SA property costs more than 1 mil, even with 10k pay, u may not able to pay loan.. At least 20k will do..
