Well, this could be it.....to see how property market is doing.....as the market now is really really SLOW........not only property.....almost very industries facing market slow down.......

There are still many ppl buying for own stay. Setia alam getting more and more people. So this BTs scheme should be able to attract more people

There is last phase of 2 storey right opposite of the setia city mall but SP got the land issue with the indian temple, don't know the issue has been settle not (provided they did not change the master plan la)

Yesterday and 2day, received SMS from Setia Alam on Edulis & Retusa, mentioned 10:90 Home Ownership Scheme. Pay 10% now, 90% upon completion. Then RM 20k for booking.

This is consider DIBS scheme? is DIBS back?

Landed don't count by psf like condo, it goes for land price. Similar 20x70 Double Storey Link in Setia Alam going for RM910k subsale.

any news on the discount and rebate? still 2% + 2%?

Existing setia buyer getting 4% + 2% is it? Anyone going tomorrow?

Wonder if the booking fee is refundable if loan not approve.
