To upgrade the capacity and capability of GMC, the group will build a 200-bed hospital at a gross development cost (GDC) of RM140 million in Kampung Sri Makmur, Gombak; a 150 to 200-bed hospital in Shah Alam Section 13, at a GDC of RM200-RM250 million; and a 150 to 200-bed hospital in Setia Alam at a GDC of RM1 billion, to be developed with a local or international partner; and a 150 to 200-bed hospital in Cyberjaya at a GDC of RM200-RM250 million.

Aiyor, that KFC so far and this is not along highway la bro. Should either take shop lot's lot or be on its own. Besides, i wouldnt mind
another Starbucks coming in here right or not.

You can compare this with eco ardence pavilion home, almost same price. Not sure if got ppls will complaint this as semi-d wannable later or not.. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

A lot of things you cannot jugde based on your own perception, you won't have any idea what happen behind. Public listed company won't simply expand without proper marketing analysis. They have to report back to the shareholder on every business strategy.
