My observation 1st block beside petron attract more people..maybe because they have 7 eleven..speedmart..etc..the 2nd block of it a bit empty..more advertisements to sell/rent rather than business..not sure why seems people more prefer to spend at the 1st block..

Serria 88 really die kaw2..except kambing bakar sahara..😅

How is the Kamping Sahara? Saliva dronning now.

The 2nd block has access constraint from apartment except driving out or walking a big round. However, it still have potetial when P17 area has completed with occupancies.

eh, this is common sense la
If you do a land search, you will see that does not matter where the location is, the first row and corners consist of an eye watering list of prime investors. Granted there is a few real owner that hit jackpot. 2nd row and anything behind are for sheeps, granted you may argue a few businesses bought for own office space. Sames goes to resident corner, garden facing and north/south facing.

Usually corner end and front rows are sapued internally de...

Public got no chance to even smell the fart.

Of those shoplots launched that prime units are available...u must question why it hasnt been taken up....

But serin 88 shops when launched it was pretty cheap.....like 400k only....

I bliv that part of shoplots more ong bcos they r nearer to the road that majority ppl use to access the apartments in addition to Seri jati & seri baiduri which are the first to vp.

Are you sure Serria88 launched with around 400k???
it is 4 levers with lift, i thought i will be esily more than RM1m.... smile.gif

Wow! Good loh.... more people move out from SA better loh.....then will be less jam later in SA.... (hahahahaha).

Well, there are still fews highway in progress which may or may not help to ease NKVE and Shah Alam highway which is DASH, WCE and the almost completed Klang third bridge (opening soon). Hope these new routes make a different....

hai, I'm considering moving to Shah Alam for personal reasons, might want to buy/rent property there. Will need to commute to Subang area regularly. Can you pls recommend a mid range condo (max 2k rental) or RM500-600k around 800-1200 sqft?

I know quite general la my question, but since my koliks asked me to check out setia alam, just wanted to ask for honest recommendations if you have any smile.gif
