My observation 1st block beside petron attract more people..maybe because they have 7 eleven..speedmart..etc..the 2nd block of it a bit empty..more advertisements to sell/rent rather than business..not sure why seems people more prefer to spend at the 1st block..

Anyone can confirm this and if existing residents could share if there is any smell around these spots . Went to see Setia Taipan (marked in red circle) and is extremely dissappointed with the current condition of shoplots there. Can say is pretty dead, they might or may never pick up looking at the current situation and all the ad banners are very unattractive.
