After discount is about 780k, now selling price about 850 to 870k. Thats a good money.

Subsale buyer need to add another 3%(RM 26K based on RM 850K sale price) for SNP lawyer fee and stamp duty.

West(Setia city mall) side new launching also about 780k after discount, they are launching row by row, still a lot terrace based on the masterplan. Buyer just have to note their launch date for each row and go there within a week to get a unit(normally sold out in 2 weeks).

July next year; estimation only.
If price good then okay to let go, else will be use for ownstay.
But don't know when precinct 11 will be occupied by people, seems still empty. Abit sad seeing this.
