I also never heard ecoworld got land there. just heard from my fren works with sp yesterday...may be he heard wrongly.

After discount is about 780k, now selling price about 850 to 870k. Thats a good money.

West(Setia city mall) side new launching also about 780k after discount, they are launching row by row, still a lot terrace based on the masterplan. Buyer just have to note their launch date for each row and go there within a week to get a unit(normally sold out in 2 weeks).

800k. Edulis should be 810k after discount, since each phase the price increase about 10k.
Just guarded only, for gated need to form RA once Vp time. But got natural barrier to act as fencing.

If price good then okay to let go, else will be use for ownstay.
But don't know when precinct 11 will be occupied by people, seems still empty. Abit sad seeing this.

i saw the master plan there were total 72+- units for fusca

fully sold out?

edulis seems better where the last rows are facing the garden
