Setia Alam has updated their website. Now promoting Precinct 11 Semi D link...seem like there are still units left in the phrase 1 (Serrata) and 2 (Elmeri)

Those interested can check it out....maybe now got BETTER DISCOUNT & OFFERS... (Maybe Buy one free one...hahahaha)

Just pass by Setia Percinct 11 and bump into a sale agent, putting 2 banner at Serrata (front row, facing the main road) asking for RM 1.5k....

I personally find that price TOO high. For that price, almost can get any REAL semi D and bigger land size.

Wow! Better buy Montana....or wait for the coming up one...

1.5m is too much. They bought it at 1.1m and within a year plus want to sell at 1.5m? Super crazy. At least 1.3m still reasonable. Even that, their profit margin is damn high already.

Why not buy from developer since still have some lots, sumore can get special discount from s&p.

Every phase increase by 10k, i think won't suddenly shoot up to 100k. Nevertheless, the same subsale already selling at 850-880k.

I believe the new phases have better design and some improvement here and there, yes currently Caffra subsales average on RM850k.

Edulis hv bigger build up, hence higher price increment this time. Anyway let's wait for them to confirm d sales package n we shall know d net price by then.

Last week visited sale office, still alot semi d available. Same price, if buy from agent, stupud that called.

Subsale will be very difficult to dispose since many developer units available. Price tag above 1m really hard to jalan. All terrace units have no problem selling.
