Hi guys.

I plan to rent a unit in one of the apartment in setia alam sometime next year. Which one is the best to rent as a family?

Any unit with too many foreigner or rempit problem? blush.gif

Can consider sri kasturi, the only apartment with balcony in the area, syria refugee stay in sri mutiara laugh.gif

Actually the commercial area precinct 1 (from setia mall all the way to forum) is classified as INTERNATIONAL ZONE...thats why cinema can operate there.....

Otherwise no chance under shah alam council. Even kota kemuning and bukit jelutong no cinema.

Go to Tefoil. The best location and better quality than the rest ready built one.

Wah... you are really damn good in stastical data and record for SA.

I think P17 & P11 were just started rolled out 2 years ago so we may see more and more units be ready the next two years and then stagnant again due to soft market now.

There is MBO cinema at Space U8 mall in Bkt Jelutong.

Actually there is another TSR Cinemax at IRDKL mall in Seksyen 16, Shah Alam.

He meant its sovo.....generally its an opis...but i would say for 1 pr 2 persons living in there is ok lah....

But not sure if its suitable for family with young kids to stay there or not bcos the tenant mixes kinda 'chap' there....

That we do not know when..at least for the next few years, it will be ok..but the population getting more and more by the day..it is good for SA residence..

Also after this we will have puncak alam people coming to setia alam more often..
