No cho cho train...empty houses....empty commercial....a dead mall....2 dead convention centres.....malaysia longest pasar malam.....an auto service enclave with non popular names like toyota honda and bmw, only two hypermarkets, 2 mcds and one plan to open (for whatever reason only up there can answer), and more developers coming in to create more trafgic jam such as evoworld..... Each has its own strength & weaknesses. That's a fact we can't change.

Each township has their good and bad. if SA looks so bad, y it still always attracted hater attraction. If SA looks bad, y almost every news related to EA want to mention it next to SA instead of BBR, Meru, U12 (of coz these areas have their own advantages). May be Tan Sri has a plan to fail EA for some reason

Hi heard someone compare 2 rows.of in setia prima shoplot with Kota damansara and puchong commercial centre, wonder since when setia Alam population and number of shoplot can be on par with these two?

SA has it strength and probably a more modern concept and facilities offered.. The cons is commercial and retail around are kind of mid to mid-high end...probably that's the missing link....Also the transportation bar....
