I have both the 2 cards and Ikhwan. Maybe you have too many cards, therefore credit limit too high, therefore too risky?
*
Bro, currently i only have Mbb 2 card in my hand with CL 15K.
Let said CL too high then what should i do ?? write email to maybank to reduce CL...then apply ikhwan again?

hard to say. but with a good credit record like have 5-6 cards, but no late payments on CCRIS is low risk, but have 1 card an always pay a little late may already be classified as high risk. they will look at age, salary, debt, job, etc. so many things that can support or bring you down.
*
i have no any late payment on CCRIS, futthermore i have paid full amount each time for the credit card.
i have meet all the requirment for ikhwan master gold ...
wth??

Refer to my above post.

Bro,refer to your method

I) Apply like normal applications (application failed)
II) If method I fails, then ask to split limit from your existing conventional credit limit to Islamic credit limit.
III) If method II still fails, convert your existing Maybank card to Ikhwan.

now try method ii) how to write email to bank??? any template for the email??

I'm not bro. Write email la, still need people to spoonfeed with template. doh.gif
Just mention your application recently got rejected and willing to reduce your current Maybank credit card limit. For e.g. Existing 15k, then 5k give to Ikhwan. Or any amount you like.

The cashback just appeared in my M2U,
unfortunately my purchase at aeon jusco 1u, the counter near to sushi is not under supermaket and not entitled for 5% rebate..

That is additional counter for payment for those items displayed outside right ? I bought from there too and payment made on normal counter.

Thanks for sharing, will take note not to make payment on that counter

they consider me as high risk no idea why.. lately i make wayang a lot like personal loans .. hire purchase loan to avoid lhdn.. haihz..

public bank label me as high risk as my average cards only have around 150k for 7-8 banks..

when i check my ccris i can see my approved loans total up to 1.5 million

perhaps this is the cause..

my ccris all 000000000 all clean ..

but after appeal, also got approval.. hassle process anyhow
*
No wonder you are classified high risk... they will wonder why you have so many cards. The loan I dunno if they kisah or not. Cannot pay just sell it. But having punya banyak card what for hahah. I don't think they will see your CL for the cards.

how much is consider as huge limit for mbb  in order for them to label you as 'high risk' clients ?
*
I believe every credit card issuer has their own formula, and the formula will change based on issuer's risk appetite. Individuals' risks also will change due to personal loan and credit card CLs.

I have been applying from AEON credit for the 2nd time now, still I don't see them approving me. In the mean time, I got new Ikhwan, PBB VI and PBB VS tongue.gif

Now I am hoping that AEON won't approve me so that I can keep on getting freebies for applying. The last time I applied, the agent put in RM10k credit limit for me, I wasn't even aware. Then as usual AEON called me a few times, checking this and that, then they asked me if I really wanted just RM10k limit? I just responded that they can give me whatever they want, it's just for grocery. (just for comparison, my other cards have like 65k CL).

exactly.

some ppl doesnt understand this. gotten approved from one card/bank doesnt mean can get approved by another card/bank. each bank has its own methods.

i just calculated my CB and seems my tesco delivery transaction didnt get CB. not sure if its because posting date is late? i wonder if it will be CB in february? anyone had this case before? i guess ill wait till end of feb to see anyways half the month im gonna be gone. supposed to get max CB but i only got RM29.

but if i take out just that RM500 from the delivery the rest of cash back is correct. even the other tesco transaction which resulted in posted on 1 feb. so the only thing i can assume at this time is that tesco delivery does not have CB

now i know better not to do any transaction near the end of the month.

Ask for the MCC, I suspect it is under online transaction rather than groceries

yeah possibly. that would make sense. ah well. too bad about the CB but worth it rather than me wasting time going there to get all the stuff and then carrying all that crap from my car and back 2-3 trips. now new home kitchen pretty much fully stocked icon_idea.gif
