Garis Panduan Permohonan Rumah Mampu Milik Wilayah Persekutuan (RUMAWIP) bagi RESIDENSI KEPONGMAS (RM198,000), RESIDENSI PUCHONGMAS (RM260,000.00) & RESIDENSI PANDANMAS (RM300,000).

1. Apabila projek telah dibuka untuk permohonan, pemohon hendaklah mengisi permohonan online di website rasmi Rumawip. Kemudian, pemohon dikehendaki menyediakan dokumen yang lengkap untuk di proses seperti berikut :

- Salinan Kad Pengenalan Pemohon
- Salinan Kad Pengenalan Pasangan (Suami/Isteri)
- Salinan Surat Nikah / Sijil Perkahwinan / Surat Cerai / Sijil Kematian
- Penyata Gaji Terbaru Pemohon (3 bulan)
- Penyata Gaji Terbaru Pasangan (3 bulan)
- Penyata KWSP atau Penyata Cukai Pendapatan Pemohon
- Penyata KWSP atau Penyata Cukai Pendapatan Pasangan
- Salinan Bil Elektrik
- Salinan Bil Air
- Salinan Sijil Kelahiran Anak-anak / Tanggungan
- Surat Pengesahan OKU Pemohon / Surat Pengesahan OKU Tanggungan (jika ada)
- Surat Pengesahan Majikan Pemohon
- Surat Pengesahan Majikan Pasangan
- Salinan permohonan online di portal rasmi Rumawip

2. Dokumen yang telah lengkap hendaklah di serahkan kepada pihak kami beserta cek sebanyak RM5,000.00 (bagi pemohon BUMIPUTRA sahaja) di atas nama pemaju setiap projek (setiap projek berlainan pemaju). Pihak kami akan menyerahkan dokumen dan cek tersebut kepada pihak DBKL untuk proses permohonan.

3. Sekiranya permohonan DILULUSKAN oleh DBKL, maka pihak kami akan menghubungi anda untuk menghadiri proses pengundian unit rumah.

4. Selepas proses pengundian unit rumah, pemohon di minta untuk menghantar permohonan pinjaman bank dan menunggu keputusan daripada pihak bank samada LULUS atau sebaliknya.

5. Senarai nama permohon yang LULUS pinjaman bank akan di panggil oleh pihak pemaju untuk menandatangani Perjanjian Jual Beli (SPA) & Perjanjian Pinjaman. Semasa proses menandatangai SPA, pemohon dikehendaki menjelaskan baki deposit. (deposit 10% daripada harga asal rumah)

6. Bagi Penjawat Awam yg memohon pinjaman menggunakan PINJAMAN PERUMAHAN PENJAWAT AWAM, sekiranya permohonan diluluskan oleh Bahagian Pinjaman Perumahan, pihak pemaju akan memulangkan semula deposit RM5,000.00 yg telah dibuat kepada pemohon. Manakala baki deposit, tidak perlu dibayar kerana bahagian pinjaman perumahan akan memasukkan deposit di dalam akaun pinjaman perumahan penjawat awam yg telah dibuat oleh pemohon. (Fully loan)

p/s :

* Sekiranya permohonan di peringkat DBKL BERJAYA tetapi pinjaman bank GAGAL, pihak pemaju tetap akan memulangkan sepenuhnya deposit sebanyak RM5,000.00 yang telah di buat oleh pemohon dengan syarat pemohon hendaklah menyertakan bersama 2 bukti surat penolakan pinjaman yang gagal yang di keluarkan oleh pihak bank. Dan bayaran pemulangan akan di buat dalam masa sebulan berkuatkuasa dari tarikh makluman.

Didn't mention in the SnP. I dunno if its written in front of the agreement since its laws term. Very dry and boring to read. I just vet through the attachment part. blush.gif

S&P cost is around RM2k right?

Is there any additional legal / lawyer cost for this housing?

In total RM 30,000 + RM 2,000 + any other fees? * Extra parking is optional at RM 25k right.

me too, i got my copy of snp and i just put it into my cupboard.. gonna photocopy it for withdrawal of KWSP soon laugh.gif

any other fee = legal fee for loan agreement = rm 4800 (this can be included in the loan if your banker can help, or else, you have to pay it) smile.gif

I haven't applied for loan yet, waiting for the original SnP before proceed with applying loan.

The only thing I haven't paid is legal fees for loan.

Forgot to mention, the lawyer says that we can rent our properties. Because it is not stated in Snp.
Only moratorium not to sell within 10 years. icon_rolleyes.gif

Nktious, I remember, we can let others rent the property.
It is not stated in the SnP. Which means it can be tenanted.

Once the construction completed, the price will increase to RM400 ++.
But only can change ownership after 10 years, I think the price will be around RM500k ++.

And perhaps, more...with the construction of MRT 2, Station 24 rclxm9.gif

Yes, the lawyer mentioned that to me, just remembered.
It only stated we cannot transfer ownership to others within 10 years, not for renting purpose.

We can definitely rent to others. Need to ask a lot of questions with the lawyer to get extra info.
