I believe my post will draw many interests of hanky-panky. getting panic n join this topic. better surrender yourself in early to the developer.. before your deposit or even property being confiscated.

u may try challenge DBKL/KWP and see. watch out! developer, watch out too!

SKY AWANI RESIDENSI BANDAR SENTUL KUALA LUMPUR

Still got 20 unit advertised in mudah, however when I received offer from Sky Awani earlier, they say that 50 units left. And asked me to submit documents.

haha.. u r right too.. hows your progress ya? im still waitin to sign the Loan Agreement, lawyer from SnP said they send the SnP for Stamping and soon it will be passed to the Loan Agreement lawyer laugh.gif

They say that Non Bumi and Bumi Lot available. Only 50 units left.

About a week ago. I registered directly from Sky World website under category Rumawip.
The marketing people immediately send mail to me for document submission.
And keep wassap me until I reject the offer.

No progress at all but I will send loan application to selected bank only. Yesterday my friend went for booking at Danau Lumayan, managed to get Block B, Bukit Jalil view.

My office is nearby to bank, I will follow up regularly until they approve my loan. bruce.gif

mine is Sharmin Ong and they asked me to collect it from their office once it is done stamping hmm.gif

is it better to self collect or pos laju? what if the pos laju lost the item or something rclxub.gif
