You cannot request la. Officially it is just 10Mbps upload speed, so just wait for your turn, patiently.

I am getting 30/10 on my connection already it seems. Tested 3 times and all 3 times gives me the same results. That's good for when I want to upload stuff online haha.

More and more people got it already, I will ask my friend to try hers. Last weekend at her house still 5Mbps, she was still asking when can she get 10Mbps like mine, I told her be patient.

Those who gotten increased upload speed, which are you in? Are they doing this in stages by area?

try restart BTU AND ROUTER Both

im in selangor,

previos 30/20

upgrade to 50/10

if upgrade upload from 10 to 20mbps need any charge?

I only reboot my router this morning, got 20Mbps after reboot.

I'll try to restart the BTU again later. Tried few weeks back but still stuck with 5mbps upload. Getting impatient.

Requested liao. Called directly to their Biz SME line, they say just restart BTU in an hour. Will process for me.

My complain was: "My home BIZ line has 50/20, but my office BIZ line still stuck at 50/10. Please fix asap".

Did they verify your other line like its account number etc? Will we be able to bluff by simply saying we have another line when actually we don't?

They only asked for my office line acc no.
Since both my home and office line are registered under the same name, I guess they already have my other account's details.

I think on their system, as far as they are concerned, everything is still 50/10 or 30/5 to them. They just need to raise the cap. Probably wrong on this though.
