If u use wireless, try change Channel to ur satisfaction.

I change my router to my dlink 850L

Immediately my PC getting 30mb while if I'm on the TM Nut default, I can't even push past 6 mb...

When wired, I only got 14.92mbps d/l, 5.02mbps u/l.
Using wireless, 14.86mbps d/l, 5.09mbps u/l.

Is it wired or wireless?

try get better router to test.

if still got issue den u need call up TM and appoint technician come ur house to check, probably port outside ur house got some issue.

Call unifi give them details..

After 5 minutes d/l speed become 27.69mbps u/l speed 4.52mbps

after contract ends when i terminate still need to return all the settv, modem, router, and phone?

cause my btu unit lost already.

You need return back BTU only.

This is captured from my phone, so it's wireless.
I'm using stock router and added Xiaomi Nano router as access point. This access point spreads the signal much better than the stock router.
I was able to get full speed too when I was using the stock router.

I'm using unifi 30mb plan. My problem is that, speed test with my phone can get 30mb or more but with my laptop, sometimes the result are like 1mb-3mb. Is there any setting or is it my laptop?

I recently purchased anot asus n300 router to swap with my original unifi router as the coverage is a bit weak on the original router

After changed it, everything worked fine,just when I was playing online game, the ping is 40-50ms I will get like a 4 sec disconnect then normal then after a while the same situation will show up again

Any sifus know whyou this will happen?? Pls guide me
