I had a very, very bad experiences with TM so far. This is quite a long story so need to use SPOILER.

Registered on 28/11/15 at TM Point @ Setia Alam, the staff said the only available slot available to install in my house is 16/12/15, which is 2+ weeks. Fine, I figured I'll just wait. Then on 15/12/15, NOBODY called me regarding confirmation of installation the next day. I've waited until 5pm, then give a call to TM. After waiting for almost 13min, the staff told me the contractor POSTPONED my installation because I didn't pick up their call. WHAT?
OK, I still maintained my cool and tell the staff I called because NOBODY called me. Then the staff tell me they will try their best to find contractor for me ASAP and will call me back the latest by tomorrow. As you can guess, NOBODY called.
Then, I decided to go back to TM Point @ Setia Alam the next day to tell them about my case. The staff help me call TM. And after around 15min of waiting, the staff on the phone tells me because my last call to them I submitted a complaint regarding my contractor and it will take them at least 3 days to process the report, then need to wait for feedback from contractor or some department, then can only proceed to the next step with God-knows-what. Then they give me the same EXACT feedback, that they will find a new contractor ASAP and will call me back. I pissed off already, and scold them on the phone saying THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THE TOLD ME THE OTHER DAY and hang up.
Then the staff at the TM Point suggest to me that it would be better that I cancel that registration, and register a new form with them and she will help me get a contractor by Monday, which is TODAY. Then yesterday (Sunday), I received a missed call from TM then I called them back. The staff told me that they will come and install on 24/12/15 (XMas Eve). Then I tell them they were supposed to come and install tomorrow (Monday) but the staff said no, only can install on 24th. Then I said, "then why do I received a call from you? I thought I'm supposed to received a confirmation call?". She said she don't know who called, but from the system it stated that my installation date is on 24th. FINE.
Then I made a call to the TM Point staff today (Monday) and tell her that there are no installation happens today. She sound shocked which I'm pretty sure just an act, and tells me that she will check for me. I called her at 2:10pm, and its 7pm already now.
I don't know what should I do now. Should I wait until 24th and be disappointed again? This is so frustrating. My wife is 7 months pregnant and the only entertainment she have at home is supposed to be the internet. I'm really, really frustrated and disappointed with TM now.
