My friend bought the Archer C7 from gemfive.com.my last week with a 30% discount. It was 428 less 30% = 300. Not sure about shipping. I'll post the link if I find it or you can just search for it.

Edit: The code is HAPPY30 for the 30% off. I bought a DAP-1665 last month (also for 30% off but diff code) and it was free shipping so I assume it's also free shipping for the C7.

buy it for rm300 is really really cheap tho....u should told us from the begining. cry.gif ....but the happy30 code only for seleted items right? this week doesnt have router listed.

Tested.. Tested.. Tm stocked router really sxxks! My home got 2 access points. 1 for upstairs (tm stocked router) 1 for downstair (belkin n router) belkin router gives me over 46-47 mbps. But tm stocked router.. Occassionally will get over 30mbps n quite rare to get 40mbps.

Tonight i wanna try using my tplink router modem to use as router. C whether can give me any good result.

For early termination of UniFi, do I need to pay for the remaining months? I might need to move to SG soon for work purpose, so need to plan properly now. My sister's house UniFi port is not activated yet, else I can shift address...

Thought you all know about it already. I also found out about it from this forum, thanks to khalid21 I bought a DLink, some Nestle foodstuff and electrical appliances. The discount applied to all of them.

The Archer C7 is here but sold out.
http://www.gemfive.com.my/electronics/comp...outer-archer-c7

But gotta be careful, some products are marked up quite high so check prices first. The DAP-1665 is a good deal too. RM250 cheapest in LYP that I can find. I paid RM195 for it and free shipping.

One of my BTUs is the Alcatel-Lucent one. The whitish one. This is the letter I got. Replacement not done yet. As you can see there's no reason given for the replacement except to improve it.

I didn't get one for the black Huawei one.

hmmm, i do receive a letter/notice stated that the technician want to replace the adapter unit but im not at home. so they asking me to call the toll free to setup appointment to change it.

just go to tmnet, tell them you are moving out to new address. Tell them want to transfer your unifi to your sister's house address, if there is no port, you have the option to choose either terminate without any penalties or subscribe to streamyx

That's what my younger bro did when he terminated his still under contract unifi account. penalty waived

The letter looks real enough. You can always call TM 100 to confirm. I'm sure there'll be bad hats somewhere thinking of ways to take advantage of this situation.

mine use the newer version of adapter already, same as in the picture shown above. maybe the manufacture recalled back all adapter and replace with upgrade one.

Citylink just change the adapter for my equipment..

However they change my Dlink instead of my Alcatel Lucent as stated in the letter.. when asked why the person said it's as per his instruction...

called 100 and no solution provided...

anyone faced this problem?
