btw let's say if I were to apply for Unifi Advance 30 then after the installation terminate my VIP5, what are the things that I should consider of during the installation of Unifi Advance 30(I see that you need to give back the BTU so need to call them to install the new BTU? and what not )?

btw, I've been seeing a lot of complains on speed being capped after downloading a certain amount of gb of data, does it still persist?

hmm okay, probably see how others reply to get a better overview of it. What router are you using? Asus? TP-Link? or Mikrotik router

I've replaced my stock router with a mikrotik router. If my mikrotik's AP cannot push that much of bandwidth(possible because I like to transfer files upstairs to downstairs using wifi) I can just get a more powerful AP to do that job instead.

Anyway, 1k+ for a router, what setup do you have at home 

oh okay......... that is like............ so high end.    still, if your device cannot support 802.11ac also no use    despite having the extra bandwidth helps, that is if you run some services in your internal network, which leads me to the question of what do you run at your home 

my asus rt-n12hp cant cover double story 22x75 house. can anyone share their settings to me? since quite a lot people here promotes this model.

anyone with Unifi 50 can try to do speedtest via P1 speedtest for me please? Reason being, I can easily hit 52mbps via wifi with speedtest.net but only able to get 30mbps on speed.p1.com.my. Please help. Appreciate it lots.

this is a transitional bill: from VIP20 --> Unifi Advance Plus (50mbps). a lot of proration

cheap wat, Unifi Advance Plus @ RM219/mth.
you upgraded on 12 Oct, so the Unifi Advance Plus is prorated (RM183.68) until 6 Nov (your bill date = 7th)

then the VIP20 prorated as well, to "refund" back to you (RM-192.08) until 6 Nov. <-- refund because you were charged VIP20 fee last month already, so this month they refund back.

then 1 full month advance charge: Unifi Advance Plus (RM219.00) until 6 Dec.
the remaining is the Hypptv lor. same proration, in page 4, i guess.
remember, all monthly fee is 1 month advance.

Sigh. Not willing to pay for this but I know no other option right?
I will miss my 30Mbps.
