Should be ok lo~

yes, Superb 720W

actually, i dunt understand why certain people said that 700++ or 800++ is like a waste..should get 550W or at least 600W is enough..can anyone of u can make me clear for this 'problem'..if the problem is the electric bill, it is not a big problem..hee~

its a bit of waste because you're not fully utilize the PSU for your current specs. In the future there will be better PSU (ie better standards, more efficient, etc). If u have future plans going on(at the moment you build your new PC) let say u want crossfire/SLI, add few HDD, etc or simply u want to use it for next PC then its worth buying it.

yeah..of course i will upgrade after this..crossfire and hdd only..thanx for the advice and comment~

a) Thepsu output is depend on the usage, if your hardware need 500W, then it will output 500W...but it will draw more than 500W from the TNB there as PSU efficiency is not 100%...
b) Dunno, wait for other to help you.

should be around the same...even thought not totally same..coz depend on the efficiency of the PSU also...some have 75% efficiency, some have 80% or more...so you do the math lo.. icon_rolleyes.gif  laugh.gif

my friend bought this rig a few days ago..

proc : Q8300
PSU come with casing : powerlogic (max power 450W and real/true power 250W)
graphic card : 3870hd 512mb ddr4
4gb ram..

the question is, does the power supply, supplied enough power to run this rig..?? because when play games, the performance is really poor..

ps: the game that we try is Juiced2..

a quaddie + a 3870, both full load. probably not enough juice from psu.. try to upgrade psu first smile.gif
q8300 power consumption - idle 4.8w, full load 2 cores 36w, full load 4 cores  48w

3870 - idle 125w, load 214w

source, anandtech and behardware.

well, conclusion - not enough juice.

actually my friend is using 4670..but the driver is 'faulty'..while downloading the driver, we tried with my old 3870..the problem happen..

update : now after using 4670 again, the game now smooth already..that 3870 eat more than 4670..haish~
