Hmm.... the buzzz... Check and see if you had plug in the power connector properly. AFAIK the buzz usually occurs when your power connector not plugged in properly (ie. contact problem, connector plug too loose, connector plug too tight and slightly bigger than socket until cannot fully insert the plug all the way and the contacts inside not fully and properly joined), move or shake the power cable a bit and if experience more buzzing or not... hmm.gif

I'm using AcBel too but never experience this "buzzzz"... tongue.gif

Mayb bcos x2 eat ups more power...

Mine also i think a bit risky, seems just enough to power up the whole system... just hope it would be enough...
Is there a way to personally calculate the usage ? i did try the Extreme PSU Calculation, but my PSU doesnt seems to be giving enough...
So i want to calculate it myself see if its really enough or not...

anyway...what is the total amp for your psu +12v? and what spec your pc have?

Is your coolermaster 460W PSU is active PFC type ? The buzz sound is produced by the active PFC circuit due to resonant. This is normal. My HP C8000 Unix server power supply also like that. The C8000 700Watt PSU is made by Delta Electronics.

It can be solved... depends... I ever changed the MPP 400V cap to another brand and the buzzing sound stopped. Will post photo later...

Personally, I prefer non-modular or fix cable as the contact loss is at minimum.
