guys, is silverstone strider 560W enough for this future rig of mine?

Intel C2Q / AMD Phenom (probably intel Q6600/Q9300 or Phenom 9850/9950)
Motherboard Intel P45 chipset / AMD 780 Chipset
RAM 2x 2G DDR2 800mhz
Graphic card ATI Radeon 4850
HDD Western Digital 640GB SATA
fan casing 12cm x2
Asus Lightscribe DVDRW SATA

need a quiet yet efficient PSU.

hi guys, i need an advise about the psu..

rite now i'm using Delta 670 watt psu to run quad processor, mobo, dvd player and headsink fan..
while hardisk, i just use the external.

is it enough power if i add 88 ultra in my rig.. or i need to change for higher psu watt..
