Just reloaded at JG the Garden. How come max reload is RM200 per transaction? Last time I remember can go up to RM250?

Per transaction. There's no RM 250 denomination, so it's RM 200 + RM 50 I supposed.

ah i see. Seems troublesome having a max reload amount so low. Guess they want to earn more from the reload fee.

anyone surrender TnG card due to expired, i surrender mine last Dec 2016, the staff in TnG counter told me will bank in for me within 1months, until now i checked, still not yet get the money i still have the slip with me...

Why don't transfer the credit to others active TnG card?

no such thing.tng cannot perform credit transfer from card to card.

Have you tried calling customer service? What date did you do it? I recall someone else requested a refund in December too, and I think refund already received.

haven't, looks like the only way is call them go back to that office... around RM50 only, somehow i still see that card with ~RM50 in my touch n go account online and just that the card show inactive already

Did you get a deactivation email notification on the day you filled in the form at the hub?

I did mine last week. They took my card, filled in a form, gave me a slip and a receipt with a reference number and told me it can take up to a month.

A few hours later, I received an email saying my card has been deactivated. When I logged onto the portal, my card balance was zero and marked as inactive.

any reason you guys want to cancel the card ? i normally leave it to expired, with < rm0.10 balance.

My Watson TnG card has issue date of 02/14, but I am able to use it at retail, i.e. foodcourt.

for me, i replaced 2 watson's cards. one before 06/14, one slightly newer than 06/14. i replaced both regardless since it's FOC from Watson.

to clarify further, replacement need not to pay any single sen ? we need to pay rm10 for a new card. for those expired card, can request for replacement with no payment needed ?
