I don't think so. It should be separated. So it's 0.53*2 but again it lumped in a transaction. hmm.gif
Unlike Sam's previously, will need to split into few transactions, even the credit card charges. hmm.gif

Yepp, credit card receipt you will see RM400 (i.e. RM200 x 2), but your TNG receipt you will see the reload amount of 199.47 and a separate reload charge of RM0.53, but RM200.00 is stated in large numbers near the top of your receipt.

Yes. For more than a month already.

Temporarily unavailable and no date provided as to when it will come back on. See Aeon Cc thread for further details and updates.

I stupidly reloaded RM800 using my PBB WMC at Jaya Grocer Verve today to qualify for PBB 10% WMC cashback and 5% campaign cashback. Felt very happy after that. BUT, when I checked my online portal, I realised I reloaded an old card and my last transaction was in Dec 2015, which technically means my card is dormant!! However, it's still marked as active on the online portal. I quickly went to TNG FB page and saw a big sign saying not to reload dormant cards and so I called CS in a terrible panic.

CS was quite helpful but couldn't give me a solution. She said system marked the card as active, but it should be dormant.. But perhaps system is not updated. She said not to perform any other transactions at all because it may trigger the card to be dormant, so the best thing to do is quickly go to hub for resolution.

Has anyone here had any similar problems? I feel so stupid getting my money stuck.

just get a refund to your SA at TNG hub.

the fact is the card was active whereby it should be dormant and block any activities.

stick to this story smile.gif

Thanks! Haha. I will go to Nu Sentral tomorrow and hope that it really is a simple case of getting a refund to SA.

Will be very happy if that's the case, as it means free cashback (10% plus 5%, but just a long time to wait for it to come).

Yes, it is as simple as that - fill a form, reason and done.
Done it end of last year , too.

credit takes about 2-3 weeks to deposit into your designated CASA.
*
Just did it. Yes you're right, the process was fast and easy. They told me can take up to a month. Hope I will see my RM800 soon!

Looks like this dormant card problem earned me free cash back!

OCBC Ti doesnt have 1% for local retail jor. only the new OCBC 365 with 1.0% rebate on first monthly spend of RM1,000.

OT, with the posonline issue, seems OCBC 365 a good choice for "others" spending if less than <RM1k.

Similarly SCB Cashback gold. More details in the SCB thread.

haven't, looks like the only way is call them go back to that office... around RM50 only, somehow i still see that card with ~RM50 in my touch n go account online and just that the card show inactive already
*
Did you get a deactivation email notification on the day you filled in the form at the hub?

I did mine last week. They took my card, filled in a form, gave me a slip and a receipt with a reference number and told me it can take up to a month.

A few hours later, I received an email saying my card has been deactivated. When I logged onto the portal, my card balance was zero and marked as inactive.

Reload my TnG card at Jaya Grocer today with Ikhwan MBB CC. It is still worth it for RM 0.53 service charge as we will get 5% rebate from the reload. All reload is the same service charge from RM 20 up to RM 150
*
Yeh I don't mind paying the 0.53 service charge to get the cashback. And max reload for Jaya Grocer is RM200.

For me I prefer to reload af Jaya Grocer at Verve (also veey near the Hartamas Shell station). If you use cards with Grocery cashback even better. I use my PBB VS to reload there.

Oppps, really ah? They used to accept cc, but now no more. The staff said is instruction from the boss.  bruce.gif

Village grocer at 1MK have never accepted CC as far I recall.

There is a Jaya Grocer at Verve Suites Mont Kiara which is really nearby. Why not you go there? That's my usual reload spot.

Failed to reload at Jaya Grocer Pearl Point last Saturday evening.

The cashiers said only the supervisor could do it (or i suspect only he/she knows how to do it)

Either way, time to write complaint email to the mgmt biggrin.gif

Successful to reloaded at Jaya Grocer in Damansara Perdana

Every month I went to reload, noticed that only she who is able to process and reload, I doubt she is supervisor too
*
I usually reload at Intermark and Mont Kiara Verve. At both places they always ask the same person to do it. Even if the person is at another counter, they have to walk over to the TNG counter to perform the reload. Perhaps it is their practice to ensure no mistakes? Since TNG reload is "cash", it could be quite disastrous if staff mess up the transaction.

In JG Gardens, apparently only one counter does that? Very friendly staff. Just that my RM 200 reloads gonna last for months these days...
*
Yeh, all the JayaG I go to have only one TNG counter (with the Reload Here sign). But sometimes the "supervisor" is not at that particular counter. So if she's at another counter, she has to come to the TNG counter.
